Hey Warrior, last night I started the next round of alternate-day fasting so it’s only water and coffee for me until tomorrow.
I ran intervals with a weighted vest for my workout and then did the designated HIIT routine for the challenge I’m participating in.
Tomorrow is weigh-in and stats day (Day 25) and I can’t believe it.
Time is F-L-Y-I-N-G!!!
